Professional Shucker
1-2 oyster savvy crewmembers for all shucking needs

Mignonette, lemon, cocktail sauce, hot sauce, horseradish, crackers

​Serviceware
Displays, ice, plates, cocktail forks, napkins

Guests can help themselves to the oysters served out of the mini truck. Once the last oyster is shucked and slurped we will clean up and leave. Estimated service time is 2-3 hours

Two Sacks – ideal for up to 40 guest
Three Sacks – ideal for 40-60 guest
Four Sacks – ideal for 60-75 guest
Five Sacks- ideal for 75-125 guest
Served raw on the half shell
